Sending as a gift
If you are sending this as a gift, paper work will not be included in your order. If you add a note in the message box, you can also leave a personalised message with your order and provide the recipient’s delivery address to send direct.

Shipping and Processing
As each piece is handmade from clay, it will take a certain amount of time to be produced. Approximate making times are stated at the top of the website in the disclaimer banner. Please note in busier times processing times may be longer.
Orders are sent via standard delivery service, but a shipping upgrade is available at checkout. Standard shipping can take up to 5 days, sometimes longer on occasion, however a 48 hour tracked service is available as an upgrade.
