Sending as a Gift
If you are sending this as a gift, paperwork will not be included in your order. If you add a note in the message box, you can also leave a personalised message with your order and provide the recipient’s delivery address to send direct.

Shipping and Processing
As each piece is handmade from clay, it will take a certain amount of time to be produced. Approximate making times are stated at the top of the website in the disclaimer banner. Please note that during busier periods processing times may be longer.
Orders are sent via a standard delivery service, but a shipping upgrade is available at checkout. Standard shipping can take up to 5 working days, sometimes longer on occasion, however a tracked 48-hour service is available as an upgrade.
